both parties introduced the situation of their companies respectively. hpp company, whose headquarters is located in dusseldorf of germany, is an international first-class building planning and design company with a history of nearly 80 year and more than 300 first-class building designers and planning designers, as well as 10 branches in the whole world. its business scope includes two major types as building design and city planning. it mainly engages in the planning, transformation and interior design of the urban complex, office building, shopping center, hotel, traffic facility, residence, sports facility, cultural facility and city. since 1997, hpp has conducted a series of practice in china. it has participated in the design of shanghai expo village, headquarters of cnpc in beijing, pacific and asian headquarters of henkel (zhangjiang of shanghai), xiayang lake crowne plaza hotel in qingpu of shanghai and shanghai international music center. according to mr. faust, the chinese market would become one of the important development directions of hpp company in the future. liu xiaoyan, general manager of design management department of the company introduced projects developed by sanxiang. she said that the design of sanxiang was becoming mature and some projects might be deemed as the landmark, and the green and technical real estate of sanxiang had been well known in shanghai or even the whole china. represented by the high-rise building and the integrated solar energy technology and the indoor air purification system removing pm2.5, the brand of sanxiang had been featured in the energy saving, low carbon, green and refined decoration. sanxiang would also create the healthier, safer and more comfortable community life by the more mature scientific and technical application.
the delegation of hpp company visited the site of haishang project in baoshan to sense the concept of “scientific innovation, energy-saving and environmental, and german-style decoration” and actual effect of sanxiang stock. finally, both parties would like to avail themselves of the opportunity to further strengthen the communication and expressed the vision of their cooperation in the future.
