sanxiang broke ground for its zhangjiang project on june 24, 2016.
the rain, which had continued for days on end, lifted just in time for the ground breaking ceremony at 10: 28 am. the exciting moment when an excavator made the first dig was witnessed by sanxiang vice gm huang jian and representatives from each sanxiang subsidiaries and projects.
